Welcome to the Hotel Am Hehlentor am Hehlentor; your friendly accommodation in the Heart of Celle. It is situated centrally in Nordwall close to the pedestrian precinct embedded in the historical old town of Celle. From there most of the sights are a stone´s throw.
The front of our building previously leaned so much it was to Celle what the Leaning Tower is to Pisa. Our house was built in 1712 and expanded in 1718, however in 1994 it was completely restored and the front was straightened. For reconstruction special attention was paid to keeping the architectural style of the former times.

In September 2002 we won 1st prize in the Small hotels category during the Celle hotels and Restaurants Blossoming competition.
