This unique hotel is located in Stockholm\'s Old Town, aboard an elegant 240 ft yacht permanently docke at Riddarfjärden, by the island of Riddarholmen.
Built in 1924, the hotel includes a glased-in restaurant on the fore deck, facing the city hall, and a bar in the former wheelhouse, overlooing Lake Mälaren. There is also an open dining terrace.
Upon arrival, guests enter the recetion via a gangplank into a beautifully designed lobby with teak panelling, polished brass fittings an nautical décor. The lounge and TV room sits above the engine room, which can be viewed through the gass floors.
Cabins are decorated with dark timber finish, carpeting and portholes. Most guets will not even notice the gentle sway of the water as Lake Mälaren is quite calm. The cabins are situted on 3 decks and guests have access to the complimentary sauna.
Transport links to Mälardrttningen Yacht Hotel & Restaurant are excellent and the stunning yacht is only a short walk to Cental Station or the charming restaurants and bars of the Old Town.
The in-house restaurant proides a beautiful view of Riddarfjärden. Enjoy a drink on the deck while the sun sets.
