We have beautiful Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom apartments located just next to Passeig de Gracia (the 5th Av. of Barcelona) and the Diagonal Ave. intersection, and also some apartments right in the Plaza Catalunya area - next to the world famous Las Ramblas – both locations are excellent and very central and walking distance to most tourist attractions like Gaudi’s Sagrada Familla Cathedral, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo as well as the many tapas bars, restaurants, fashion shops and night clubs. Our small but comfortable studio apartments can sleep up to 3 guests. Our larger apartments that can sleep from 4 to 8 guests. If you like to be in the right spot, you will be very pleased with City Center Apartments….when location really counts !

Important information
EXTRA CHARGES: In some cases, there is an "Extra Guest" charge which is clearly stated in the "room description". A once only CLEANING FEE of 20 euros or 30 euros for larger apartments is charged. The fee is clearly stated in the "room description".
LATE CHECK IN FEE: Please note, as we do not have a 24 hour reception, our staff will meet you at your apartment upon arrival. For all arrivals after 21:00, there is a "Late Check-in fee" of 20 euros to be paid in cash . If your arrival is after 22:00, the fee is 30 euros to be paid in cash. For all arrivals after MIDNIGHT, the fee is 40 euros to be paid in cash.
As soon as we receive your reservation, you will receive an email from us with ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS with the name of your Greeter, Telephone contact numbers, arrival instructions and a Map. We aim to provide a speedy and pleasant checkin.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 30 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
95 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the City Center Apartments rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This City Center Apartments has no meal services.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
The City Center Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
