Overlooking the beautiful bay of Naples, the Locanda del mare has a perfect position; close to the train station of Mergellina (by road and rail) and opposite the port for the hydroplane to the Gulf islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, as well as to Pontine islands and Eolie islands, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
Walking on the pleasant sea front, you can easily reach the picturesque Borgo Marinari, the Castel dell’Ovo, Piazza del Plebiscito, Maschio Angioino, the shops and the Neapolitan movida in just a few minutes.

airport bus (alibus) - get off at P.zza Municipio, city bus marked R3 get off at the last stop via G. Bruno;
By train:
From Central Station take the Metro Line 2 (direction Pozzuoli) get off at the Mergellina Station, via F. caracciolo is about 200 meters by foot;
By car:
Take the Fuorigrotta exit from the Tangenziale, follow the signs to Piazzale Tecchio - Centro - Mergellina. After passing trough the tunnel turn to the left passing, P.zza Sannazzaro to via F. Caracciolo number 10.
