Originally the Refectory of Sint-Salvators, this small, recently renovated hotel is ideally located in the heart of Bruges, just a short walk away from the main attractions.
Dating back to 1580, the building still shows many historical features, including beamed ceilings. In 1930 the former owner, and architect, rebuilt the residence in a neo-baroque style. Now the building has been transformed into a small, friendly hotel by the current owner, Philip Maes.
During the day you can hire a bike from the hotel to explore the surrounding countryside, or see the historical sights of Bruges, before returning in the evening to relax in the hotel bar, renowned for it's friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Our hotel is situated in the old towncentre of Brugge. The renovated building was used as buttermarket in the middleages. Jan, Annie and Jannie welcome you and your family in our hotel.
We are located in the historic centre, about 120 yards from the main market place. All medieval worthwhile sightseeing is within walking distance from the hotel.

In 1930, the building was a hotel, called Hotel Bariseele. Now it is our private home, in which we renovated apartments into holiday rooms. The spacious, non-smoking rooms have a queen size bed with TV and salon and are equipped with standard facilities including kettle, refrigerator and freezer, mini bar and free Wi-Fi internet access. Some rooms also have a private kitchenette with microwave and toaster.
